Position Overview: Maintenance Manager
As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of our clients’ facilities, ensuring that all equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently. You will lead a team of maintenance professionals, manage preventative maintenance programs, and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Maintenance Operations: Manage day-to-day maintenance activities, ensuring timely and effective maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Lead Maintenance Team: Provide leadership and direction to maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Preventative Maintenance: Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards. Promote a safe working environment.
- Equipment Repairs and Upgrades: Oversee repairs and upgrades to equipment, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management within the meat and food processing industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field. Advanced technical certifications are a plus.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop maintenance staff.
