Position Overview: Plant Manager
As a Plant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of plant operations, ensuring that production processes run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will be responsible for leading a team, managing resources, and implementing strategies that enhance productivity and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee Plant Operations: Manage day-to-day plant operations, ensuring efficient production, adherence to schedules, and high-quality output.

- Quality Assurance: Develop and maintain quality control procedures to ensure all products meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.
- Coordinate with Departments: Collaborate with other departments such as procurement, logistics, and sales to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Performance Reporting: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare and present regular reports on plant performance to senior management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in plant management within the meat and food processing industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Operational Expertise: In-depth knowledge of plant operations, production management, and lean manufacturing principles.
