Position Overview: Product Supervisor
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in overseeing the production processes, ensuring the highest standards of Production quality, safety, and efficiency. You will be responsible for managing production teams, coordinating with other departments, and implementing best practices to optimize operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Production Operations: Oversee daily production activities to ensure efficient and timely processing. Maintain high standards of quality and safety throughout the production process.
- Manage Production Teams: Lead and manage production staff, providing training, guidance, and support. Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure all Production meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations.

- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of production activities, quality control measures, and safety compliance. Prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in the meat and food processing industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills. Ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Quality Control Expertise: In-depth knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations in the meat and food processing industry.
